Instructions for account activation
After your insurance application form is approved, Cathay will send your login account information including Username and Password to the email and phone number you provided in the form.
To activate your account and start experiencing online services at Cathay Life Customer Portal, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the website version of the Customer Portal or download the Cathay Life mobile app on the App Store/Google Play Store
Step 2: Enter the Username and Password that Cathay sent to you
Step 3: Read and accept the terms
Step 4: Verify OTP
Step 5: Create your own Password, then log in with the Username provided by Cathay and the Password you just created
Instructions for self-registration
Besides the account activation method provided by Cathay, you can also choose self-registration method. Users who are not customers can also register for membership to experience the Cathay Walker health management feature.
Please note that you must choose one of two methods to register for a member account. Each customer has only one account for Cathay Life Customer Portal on both website and mobile app versions.
To register an account by yourself, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Access the website version of the Customer Portal or download the Cathay Life mobile app on the App Store/Google Play Store, and click “Create an account”
- Step 2: Read and accept the terms
- Step 3: Choose the appropriate member title and fill in the registration information
- Step 4: Verify OTP, and then you can log in with Username (also email) and Password just created
