- Customers can use ATM / Visa / MasterCard / JCB… to make payments for Renewal premium and First premium.
- Your payment request will be further processed by the ATM card-issuing bank or CyberSource, the world's largest payment management company (under the VISA organization).
- CathayLife does not store your card directly. To ensure safety, all your card information is stored only by CyberSource, the world's largest payment management company (under the VISA organization).
1. Log in to the application => Select "Insurance" => Select "Life Insurance Cathay"
2. Enter the number of contracts => click "Continue"
3. Check "contract information" => select "Type of fee to pay" => click "Continue".
4. Select the source of payment (money from MoMo wallet/ link bank/ other source of money) => Check "transaction details" => click "Confirm".
5. Confirm "Successful transaction".
Step 1: Access: check/payment/pay Cathaylife premium (payoo.vn)
Step 2: Enter Policy number => Click “Next”.
Step 3: Check “Policy Information”.
Step 4: Choose the payment that you want to pay =>Click “Next”.
Step 5: Input cellphone number.
Step 6: Select Payment source (Money source from Payoo Wallet/ Linked Bank Account/ Other money source) => Input information as request.
Step 7: Confirm “Transaction is successful”.
Step 1: Access Cathay Life's Merchant Online Portal.
Step 2: Enter Policy number => Click “Next”.
Step 3: Check “Policy Information” => At the payment method, select “ShopeePay”.
Step 4:
- In case of using a smartphone: Directly navigate to ShopeePay Wallet application.
- In case of using a computer: Use your smartphone to open the ShopeePay Wallet application and scan the QR code on the computer screen.
Step 5: Select Payment source (Money source from ShopeePay Wallet/ Linked Bank Account/ Other money source) => Check “Transaction Details” => Click “Confirm”.
Step 6: Confirm “Transaction is successful”.
Go to any nationwide branches of Sacombank, ACB, IVB. Simply give your Cathaylife policy number to staff in order to make a payment without any service fee.

Pay via your Agent/Collector: For more convenient to Customer, you can request our Collector or your Agent to go to your house to collect Premium.
Customer can pay renewal premium right at the Cathay's Service. After payment customer will receive renewal premium receipt from Customer Service Center staff of Cathay.
