I. CLAIM PRODUCE

1. Method of filing a claim for insurance benefits:

The claimant submits the dossier directly at Company’s Branches, transaction offices.

2. Insurance benefit settlement time:

Simple cases: 05 working days.
Other cases: 30 working days (in case that the time limit is over 30 working days due to the Company’s fault, the Company shall pay an additional interest on the total amount of payment according to Terms & Conditions).
The time limit of claim settlement shall be counted from the date the Company receive the claim dossiers fully as stated in relevant Terms and Conditions.

II. CLAIM SETTLEMENT

1. Person entitled to submit a claim dossier:

The claimant may be the Policy Owner, the Insured and the Beneficiary.

2. Time limit for submission of claim dossier:

Time limit for submission of claim dossier: 01 year from date of occurrence of the insured event (except objective obstacles or force majeure events).

III. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CLAIM PROCESSING:

1. Claim application.
2. Documents proving the insured event.
3. Identification papers of the Insured, the Beneficiary.
4. Power of Attorney (notarized original) for the Company to verify and collect information (certified by the People’s Committee of the ward/commune).
5. Other necessary documents as required by the Company for each specific case.

IV. PAYMENT METHOD:

1. Payment in cash at the Company’s Branches, transaction offices (applicable for amount under 30,000,000 VND)
2. Payment via Bank channel (transfer, receive money by ID card)
